An inside IR35 opportunity exists for an experienced Ecologist on a short-term highways project in Manchester.
Duties will include the following –
- Conduct surveys in accordance with the Construction Code of Practice and all environmental legislations and principles.
- Develop and implement environmental and monitoring plans.
- Provide mitigation solutions.
- Update of EMS documentation and systems.
- Work in collaboration with the designers and delivery team to facilitate the project delivery.
- Preparation of reports and maintain records.
Requirements for this opportunity include –
- Good knowledge of UK construction and ecological legislation
- Highway or rail project experience will be advantageous.
- An environmental degree and registration with the professional body
- An understanding of environmental legislation and principles of environmental management systems
- Valid CSCS
- Highway passport and safety critical medicals will be required.
