Carmichael are looking for an Engagement Advisor in various location (High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Calvert, Brackley or Chipping Warden) on 12 month fixed term contract.
Hours: Flexible working, based remotely 2-days per week with a flexible base 3-days per week (40h)
Location: High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Calvert, Brackley or Chipping Warden
Salary: £30,000 per annum
As an Engagement Advisor:
- You will support the local Engagement Manager in all aspects of their work by assisting with the creation of relevant news bulletins and public facing information, such as newsletters and advance work notices.
- To support the wider engagement team you'll help develop engagement plans and associated materials.
- This role will require you to coordinate engagement activities, such as community meetings, webinars and drafting presentations, you will then aid these events in both a virtual and face-to-face capacity.
- You'll also support meetings with note-taking and action-tracking.
- You'll work and build relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, such as members of the community and the wider project team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to build external and internal relationships
- Can work independently and proactively
- Flexible with travel and hours
- Good ICT and written skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders is desirable
