Engineering Surveyor- HS2- Overground Works
We are looking for an Engineering Surveyor to join Tier 1 JV Team on the prestigious HS2 site in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Topographical Surveys
- Setting out Earthworks
- Setting out Piles
- Structural Monitoring Surveys
- Bulk excavation works
- Reinforced Concrete Surveys and setting out
- Volume calculations
- Data processing and Cad Drawings
Required qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Land Surveying or Engineering
- Tec in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying or Membership of a relevant professional institution such as the ICES
- Experience on Heavy Civils projects
- Computer competence including experience of specialist survey software packages (Excel, CAD; AutoCAD, Microstation, Specialist Survey Packages; Star*Net, LSS, SCC, Cyclone, Scene, Infinity etc.)
- Extensive awareness of appropriate instruments and associated software for varied platforms.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, weekly programmes and relevant QA procedures
- Relevant CSCS Card
