Our client a family run civil engineering contractor who has over 40 years experience requires a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
There primary work is the construction of golf courses, earth moving contracting, reservoir and lake construction, sea defence works and bulk earthmoving.
They have strong relationships with many tier two civil engineering contractors mainly across the East Anglian region.
Their head office is in Essex.
Duties:
You will need to have experience in tendering, estimating, client relationship management, commercial and contract management in the earthmoving and remediation sector.
A proven track record in delivering construction projects from initial client contact to final account.
