An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced proposals manager to join the tender team for a major highways and tunnelling project in the West of England.
This is a major, complex infrastructure project involving bulk earthworks, tunnelling, highways and structures. This is a contract or fixed term position starting as soon as possible.
The duties of the Senior Estimator will include the following –
- Compile the most cost effective and efficient solutions
- Understand and deliver the clients requirements
- Strengthen existing relationships and grow the client base
The requirements of this post will preferably include the following –
- A civil engineering degree
- Extensive experience within the engineering sector
- A proven estimating and work winning track record
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working on large project
