An established family run civils & utilities subcontractor based in South-West London turning over £90m per annum are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The majority of their work is within the Utilities sector, primarily water, however they also deliver civil engineering projects which will include groundworks, earthworks, kerbing and so on.
The ideal Estimator will be a self-starter that is happy to oversee all aspects of the tendering process from scoping out new opportunities, to creating tender submissions and ensuring new projects are taken over the line.
You will be comfortable pricing up smaller packages up to £600,000 as well as working on multi-million pounds utilities schemes throughout the South-East.
The commercial team is very lean and you will be reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be expected to liaise with clients and the operational teams regularly to ensure you are up to date on progress.
