We are currently recruitment facilities assistant to join our team in the London.   • Support the Facilities Manager to develop management resource plans to meet operational needs and effects change where required.
  • Planned maintenance: arranging access to areas required including creating and signing off Work Authorisation Forms. This includes reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Creating and reviewing of the maintenance planner and updating on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring assets are maintained in line with SFG20 specification, and tracking changes to the specification.
  • Actively manage the Suppliers to deliver the best value to the Account. This includes holding and organising contractor review meetings, taking minutes and applying actions where required.
  • Inducting engineers to site and updating and reviewing the guidance pack induction on a regular basis.
  • Understand the requirements of the VINCI quality policy and procedures and how these are applied to individuals own role.
  • Ensure compliance to the contract (NEC3 Term Service Contract) and contract management.
