Requirements:

Must have the following below as a minimum:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the FM industry.

Any health & safety training such as IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS etc.

BOAS, Boiler and pressure systems (JSP375), Commercial boiler/Gas qualifications etc.
-
Past experience maintaining assets under a PPM regime.
-
Any previous health care experience would be more preferably.
