Carmichael’s are partnering with a specialist contractor to source a Quantity Surveyor to add to their commercial team based in Dublin, Ireland.
Your new role will require you to take control of the financial and contractual aspects of projects, mainly within the fit-out and refurbishment sector from contract award through to final account.
For the successful candidate, this role offers the opportunity to be heavily involved in the success of the business, working with all levels of the team, ensuring that works are managed and delivered within budget and programme.
The role would suit a QS from a main-contractor background who is looking to be more at the frontline of the business as a whole and be recognised for your success.

Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (or similar, HNC will be considered)
- Proven track record as Quantity Surveyor in a Fit Out focussed project
- Familiar with JCT forms of contracts
