A main Joint Venture on HS2 is looking for a Fleet/Facilities Manager to work out of their Birmingham head office. The contract is for at least 9 months and is to start as soon as possible.

Description of Activities to be undertaken

  • Manage the compliance of fusion vehicle requirements, coordinate driver inductions
  • Coordinate the on and off hire of all vehicles that have been procured by the relevant requisitions.
  • Reconcile with accounts the recharge of all vehicle to the JV
  • Administer all requirements related to the procurement, management and operation of all vehicles supplied to the Joint Venture
  • General Facilities Management Administration           
  • Manage stock levels and issue of all PPE equipment and re-order when necessary

Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role

  • Clean driving licence
  • Computer literate with previous experience of using Excel and Word packages
