An exciting opportunity for a Foreman, with Civils/ Highways experience in Kettering.
Immediate start, days shifts at rate £250/shift Ltd Co.
As a Site Foreman, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all work on site is carried out in a safe and compliant manner, meeting legal requirements and all health safety guidelines
- To manage site activities ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead on actions to solve technical difficulties, improve performance in terms of progress and quality.
- Establish and regularly review the detailed working programme.
- Ensure coordination of all related trades.
- Deliver end product to customer satisfaction.
- Manage project risk in line with company procedures.
To be the successful candidate you must possess previous experience as a Site Foreman or Manager on a Highways site.
SMSTS and CSCS GOLD will be essential to get on site.
