CarmichaelUK are looking for a Foreman to work with one of our longest running clients on an infrastructure project in Harlow. Our client is carrying out the infrastructure works for a research and development center on behalf of Public Health England. The works started in 2019 and are due for completion in 2024. Our client has just secured some extra work on the project and are therefore looking for someone to come in and work on the project for 6 months plus, which has the possibility to turn into a long term role.
Reporting into the Works Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing site H&S
- Up to 30 workers on site
- Site inductions
- Chairing weekly toolbox talks
- Reporting on site progress to internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid CSCS managers card
- Holds a valid SSSTS
- Has first aid at work (2-day course)
- Has a full, clean driving license and own vehicle
