An established contractor are looking to add a Foreman to their team on a contract basis.
The requirement is for a proactive Foreman who will work with the team on to complete projects within and around East London. The works that this contractor are covering includes Concrete Roads and Earthworks
The overall aim of your position is to work closely with Site Management to ensure that all site activity is progressing according to plan.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Ensuring all site works is in accordance with company procedures
- Deliver toolbox talks
- Ensure H&S procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all site resources and labour are being used effectively to achieve timely completion of projects
- Ordering materials
- Getting involved directly
- Control and monitor waste, dust and other environmental issues
Qualifications and skills required
- CSCS
- First Aid
- SSSTS
- SMSTS
