An immediate start freelance opportunity exists for a Foreman/Supervisor to oversee a piling and earthworks sub contractor on a project in the Doncaster region.
The rate is highly negotiable inside IR35.
Duties will include
- Daily toolbox talks and inductions
- Daily and weekly planning
- Managing of a piling and earthworks subcontractor
- Interpretation of the drawings and solving technical issues
- Site administration including site diary.
- Managing health and safety including the reporting thereof
Requirements for Foreman:
- A qualification in Civil Engineering or construction (diploma or trade)
- Proven ability as a Foreman for tier one contractor overseeing subcontractors
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Appointed Person on heavy lifts will be advantageous
- Immediate start inside of IR35 (i.e. PAYE)
