Carmichael are seeking an experienced Foreman ideally with waterproofing shaft/tunnel experience.
Within this role you would be responsible for, but not limited to, any of the following;
- Maintain health, safety and environmental standards and carry out inspections as necessary
- Manage the section of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and in accordance to budget and quality standards
- Communicate between all parts of the operation team including client, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, safety, environmental team
- Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements; identify training requirements, review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of briefings
- Site inductions, toolbox talks, keeping site diaries, reviewing progress (usual site responsibilities)
- You will be expected to review and amend RAMS
Skills
- Vocational Training (successful experience at Foreman level)
- Possess a valid CSCS Card
