Our Trades & Labour Division have secured several key Infrastructure contracts across the Northwest, and we are currently recruiting a front-line Supervisor/Ganger for a short-term contract in Lancashire.
This will lead to a long-term contract for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple trades on site.
- Keep teams on task and report to site management.
- Perform toolbox talks and site briefings.
- Good awareness of safety on site.
- Assisting around site when required.
Essential:
- CSCS Gold & SSSTS – Minimum
- First aid
- Cat & Genny

Rates & Hours:
Supervisor/Ganger £20.27 per hour (PAYE)
You will accrue holiday pay @ £2.64 per hour, plus a pension contribution, additional to your rate (HMRC pension capped at £25.41 per week)
Mon – Friday - 7pm – 5am - 30 mins break = 47.5 hours paid
