Our client, a tier 1 principal main contractor is currently seeking a contract General Foreman for their exciting highway framework in the Berkshire region. . The General Foreman will be required to some nights shifts for possessions.
Role
Within this role you would be responsible for, but not limited to, any of the following;

Maintain health, safety and environmental standards and carry out inspections as necessary

Manage the section of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and in accordance to budget and quality standards

Communicate between all parts of the operation team including client, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, safety, environmental team

Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements; identify training requirements, review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of briefings
-
Site inductions, toolbox talks, keeping site diaries, reviewing progress (usual site responsibilities)

You will be expected to review and amend RAMS
Skills
-
Experience working on a Network Rail project.

Vocational Training (successful experience at Foreman level)

Possess a valid CSCS Card

Experience working on motorway projects.
