An immediate start, Inside IR35 opportunity exists for an experienced General Foreman to provide supervision and management of site activities across multiple sites ensuring a high standard of SHEQ in maintained whilst increasing client relationships.
Duties will include -
- Management of numerous subcontractors simultaneously
- Daily and weekly planning
- Resource planning including materials and equipment
- Interpretation of the drawings
- Site administration including site diary, timesheets, and plant returns etc.
- Management of the works and solving of technical issues
- Managing health and safety including the reporting thereof
Requirements for this opportunity include -
- A qualification in Civil Engineering or construction (diploma or trade)
- Proven ability as a General Foreman on civil engineering projects and in particular within the utilities sector
- Ability to manage and motivate the work force
- CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
