An inside IR35 opportunity exists for an experienced General Foreman on an urban regeneration project in Cheshire. Extensive experience managing and tasking Gangs on similar road upgrade projects is sought after.
Duties will include
- Daily toolbox talks and inductions
- Daily and weekly planning
- Resource planning including materials and equipment
- Managing of foremen, in-house Gangs and sub-contractors
- Interpretation of the drawings
- Site administration including site diary, timesheets, and plant returns etc.
- Management of the works and solving of technical issues
- Managing health and safety including the reporting thereof
Requirements for this post include
- A construction or civil engineering qualification (diploma or trade) or extensive relevant experience
- Extensive Highway construction especially on regeneration projects
- Proven management experience as a General Foreman
- Track record of delivering on time
- CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, NRSWA and First Aid essential
