Carmichael are seeking a general foreman to join a highways projects based in Northampton
Some of your responsibilities:
- Notify the projects/contracts managers of any defects, mistakes or errors
- Monitor all work against specification
- Ensure H&S is prioritised
- Deliver tool box talks
- Ensure all applicable quality check lists are completed
- Make yourself available as a coach and mentor to direct reports in order to allow them to develop professionally
Qualifications and skills required
- NVQ or NVQ Level 4 Site Supervision
- CSCS
- First Aid
- SMSTS
