An opportunity, one hour north of Glasgow, exists for a General Foreman with extensive recent experience in the erection of multi-storied modular buildings . Your expertise in the management and coordination of all aspects from the manufacture/production to the installation is sought after.
Duties will include -
- Daily toolbox talks and inductions
- Daily and weekly planning
- Resource planning including materials and equipment
- Managing and coordinating of in-house teams and sub-contractors
- Interpretation of the drawings
- Site administration including site diary, QA, timesheets, plant returns etc.
- Management of the works and solving of technical issues
- Managing health and safety including the reporting thereof
Requirements
- A qualification in building construction (diploma or trade)
- Proven ability as a General Foreman on modular building systems for a tier one principal contractor
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Be in possession of a valid security clearance
