Highways Supervisor – A47 Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project on the A47. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a key UK highways scheme, overseeing critical works and ensuring delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations on highways works
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with project specifications
- Manage site teams and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, briefings, and toolbox talks
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers
Requirements:
- Valid Gold CSCS Card (Supervisory)
- CAT & Genny certification/competency
- Proven experience supervising highways or civils projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
