Carmichael are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team in London for six months.
Day to day duties
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administration work.
- Answer or escalate employees queries efficiently.
- Effectively communicate with all project departments.
- Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, with particular focus on onboarding, absences, timesheets, overtime, and leavers.
- Assist with updating and maintaining accurate data in the HR system.
- Owning the onboarding process, including organising inductions, providing the relevant information to new starters and line managers, monitoring probation periods, etc.
- Support the project overtime processes, and liaise with parent companies’ payroll, where applicable.
- Owning the leavers process, including ensuring our systems and records are updated and that exit interviews are scheduled and conducted.
