Carmichael are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team in London for six months.

         Day to day duties

  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administration work.
  • Answer or escalate employees queries efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate with all project departments.
  • Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, with particular focus on onboarding, absences, timesheets, overtime, and leavers.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining accurate data in the HR system.
  • Owning the onboarding process, including organising inductions, providing the relevant information to new starters and line managers, monitoring probation periods, etc.
  • Support the project overtime processes, and liaise with parent companies’ payroll, where applicable.
  • Owning the leavers process, including ensuring our systems and records are updated and that exit interviews are scheduled and conducted.
