HSEQ Administrator
Carmichael are recruiting for a HSEQ administrator for a rail & civils project. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working as an administrator (ideally within the construction environment).
This project is expected to last up to 12 months and you will benefit from market competitive rates whilst working for one of the industry’s leading contractors.
As an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment, Quality) Administrator for this scope of works, your duties will include:
- Management of MSite our access control system
- Administering our inductions which are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Checking and uploading competency cards
- Checking and uploading induction profile forms
- Replenishing forms
- Enrolling new starters onto the Mosaic data base
- Producing Mosaic access cards
- Capturing finger prints for enrolment onto the Msite access control system
- Scanning and uploading
