We are now looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Stratford, East London. Our East London office is one of four and is located just a stone’s throw from the London Stadium, Orbit Observation Tower and Westfield Shopping Centre. Local stations include Stratford International, Stratford and Maryland; all just a short walk away.

We operate nationwide recruiting for the UK’s largest civil engineering projects including Crossrail, HS2, Thames Tideway and the Trans-Pennine Upgrade. The role:
Working as an International Recruitment Consultant at CarmichaelUK you will be tasked with delivering recruitment solutions into our International clients and UK Key Accounts looking for international workers.
You will be supported to achieve. We are committed to your development, and you will receive coaching, training and mentoring that is second to none. In addition, our level 5 accredited Concept program helps individuals to understand and to create a high-performance mindset enabling you to challenge yourself.
To be considered for a position as an International Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Possess technical and ideally international recruitment experience, with continuity of employment
- Have a proven history of achievement through education, personal interests or work history
- Have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable with face-to-face meetings
- Have previous experience in creating and maintaining client relationships through business development
- Have previous proven end to end recruitment process experience
- Be located within reasonable commuting distance to our office in East London
