Carmichael are recruiting for a junior/construction manager who is enthusiastic, wanting to learn and progress their career. The construction manager would be delivery the fit out and cat A finishes on a major commercial development.
Location: Central London, 5 minutes from Liverpool Street
Duration: Immediately to 26.05.23, potential to extend
Rate: £31 -£35 UMBRELLA per hour (inside Ir35) or £25-£28 PAYE per hour
Construction manager wishing to step up for required for 8 story commercial office fit out with CAT A finishes.
£213 million development in finishing stages
Staged handover of building. 6 buildings and first one handing over in July
70 person team
580 ops on job a day
Retained heritage buildings along with new buildings
Majority day out on site with occasional meetings inside
Tier 1 contractor experience preferable.
Requirement is for someone with experience with raided floor and ceilings .
Someone with an eye for detail and can work on own initiative
Must be able to work in a large multi disciplined team.
Minimum Gold CSCS and SMSTS/SSTS
