We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our Client's team based at in St Albans.
This role will include carrying out site surveys (e.g. measured building surveys, topographic surveys, etc.) using both total stations and laser scanners.
An interest in, or experience of, producing 3D models from point cloud data using Revit would also be an advantage.
The role is ideal for a talented junior/graduate level surveyor looking to develop their career.
Training will be given so experience of some/all of the following will be considered:
- Carrying out topographic surveys with Leica total stations
- Carrying out surveys with Leica and Faro laser scanners
- Revit/BIM modelling from point cloud data
- AutoCAD 2D drawings
- AutoCAD 3D modelling
- A degree or HND/HNC qualification in surveying or a survey-related discipline is an essential requirement.
A driving license is required.
You will be expected to obtain a CSCS card immediately upon starting.
Some of the projects are on sensitive sites so we will require the successful candidate to agree to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
