Job Summary: As a Land Surveyor in Aylesbury, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing precise measurements and data related to land and property. You will work with various tools and technologies to gather information, create maps, and assist in land development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Land Surveying: Conduct surveys using various surveying equipment and technologies such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to accurately measure and mark property boundaries, elevations, and other land features.

Data Collection: Collect field data, including topographic information, property lines, existing structures, and utility locations. Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities.

Mapping: Utilize specialized software and tools to create maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data. Produce clear and precise surveying documents for clients, authorities, and project teams.

Boundary Analysis: Determine property boundaries and resolve boundary disputes, ensuring compliance with local zoning regulations and property laws.

Construction Support: Provide surveying support during construction projects, ensuring that structures are built according to design plans and specifications. Verify the accuracy of construction measurements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor in the state of Buckinghamshire or the UK, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, equipment, and techniques.
- Proficiency in surveying software and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
