I am recruiting for a Land Surveyor to work long term on the Hinkley Point project. This is at least a 9 month opportunity, so could become your home for a while.
The role will mainly be site based, using laser scanners, the Leica TS16/MS60 and report writing for the client.
AutoCAD knowledge is also required.
This will be on a shift pattern of 7 days on, 3 days off, 7 nights on, 4 nights off.
Our candidates are finding there is +- 12 hours available a day, should they want it.
The requirements for Surveyor are as follows:
•Qualification in Engineering/Land Surveying
•Relevant work experience which demonstrates applied knowledge of land survey procedures
•Accurate and an above average command of geometry
•Experience in using industry standard survey equipment and using CAD
