We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance Landscape Manager to work for a main joint venture on HS2. This role is for at least 6 months and basing in Buckinghamshire.
Description of Activities to be undertaken
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload, working to tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Experience implementing the project specific standards set by the BIM Project Manager, supporting implementation of the BIM Execution Plan
- Good knowledge and use of ProjectWise V8i
- Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and its processes, including standards BS1192-2007 and PAS1192-2-2013
- Identify clashes and spatial issues within 3D model environments
- Facilitate delivery of federated 3D model, hosted and linked BIM data.
- Support the BIM Manager to set up and maintain Common Data Environment - ProjectWise for a project
- Ensure that data exchange protocols are adhered to by the project team and liaise with Design Team Manager on compliance
Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role
- Member of Arboricultural Association or other similar institute
- Experience of design landscape planting sites
