Our client one of the biggest companies in the UK is looking for a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to work on a construction building scheme.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with:
- To support the negotiation of contractual terms with present and new clients
- To be first point of contact supporting Internal Stakeholders with the understanding and potential approaches to mitigate contractual and commercial risk.
Requirements
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Mechanical & Electrical experience
- Be pragmatic, committed and efficient
