My client is working at Whitechapel Station doing the steel fire doors package and are looking for an Engineer to do the snagging and manage the team. They will also be able to;
1) carry out site surveys
2) oversee the installation teams 1-2
3) oversee the snag team 1-2
4) carry out inspection of works and completeness
5) attend inspection and gain ITP sign off with the MC
6) identify and review defects both internally and with the MC
7) ensure all site documentation is complete and issued internally
8) help overcome day to day site issues
9) review and maintain stock parts
10) liaise with the MC attending regular progress meetings
11) liaise with TTUK projects team
12) review and update SnagR report daily
There will be actions, however the above should give you a good idea. We are looking for someone who has some door knowledge, the more the better and ideally someone who has been involved with the snagging process and ideally using SnagR or similar.
We are at the back end of the project and we hope to be complete within 10-12 months, can you let me know if you think you have any suitable candidates? This will be a good opportunity for a younger engineer who is wanting to learn and step up to the next level.
