MEP Package Manager

Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Weekdays
We are currently seeking a MEP Package Manager to oversee the delivery of M&E systems across 12 assets for the HS2 project. As the primary point of contact for our subcontract supply chain, you will lead a team of Delivery Managers and collaborate closely with Asset Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the project from design to handover.
- Conduct subcontract and change management, ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
- Develop and manage budgets, programme integration, and risk registers.
- Ensure safety and environmental standards are met throughout.
- Deliver quality products that meet technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems.
- Professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of NEC construction contracts.
