Modelling Coordinator / Senior Revit Technician

We are looking for a Modelling Coordinator / Senior Revit Technician to join a Leading Survey Consultancy in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience, the successful candidate will be based primarily in our client’s London office, with the opportunity for remote/ hybrid working, and will be reporting directly to the BIM Manager.
What will I be doing in my new role?
- Producing as-built 3D BIM models from surveyed point-cloud datasets
- Utilising a range of software’s such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Dynamo and more
- Setting-up of models and federation of survey datasets from multiple sources
- Quality assurance of models produced
- Liaising with all project stakeholders such as clients, internal management, and our supply chain to ensure clear communication of project scope and model requirements
- Actively contributing to the long-development of the team and the Company’s Geospatial BIM standards and workflows
What qualifications/ previous experience do I need?
- Experience with 3D point-clouds and Scan-to-BIM workflows
- At least 3 years’ experience working with Autodesk Revit in the construction, architectural or surveying sector
- Experience in supply chain communication and project management
- Strong Autodesk Revit skills
- Knowledge/experience of measured building surveys and as-built BIM modelling
- Knowledge/experience of working with Dynamo (preferable)
- Knowledge/experience in other BIM authoring packages such as Graphisoft ArchiCAD
- Knowledge/experience of collaboration through BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
