We have multiple opportunities for Monitoring and Instrumentation specialists to work for Tier 1 contractors on one of the biggest projects in the UK.

Core Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the installation of the monitoring system is carried out as specified 
  • Assisting the IMC with the production of the Contractor’s Monitoring Plans, required for construction of each asset.
  • Confirming that the monitoring subcontractor produces and updates a works programme that meets the expectations and requirements of the main works, taking care to avoid clashes and delays to it.
  • Providing adequate supervision and support of the instrument installation, maintenance and decommissioning operations.
  • Making sure the baseline monitoring is carried out for the required period before construction activities starts, in advance of constructions and as required by third parties.
  • Developing suitable programme and procedures for installation, protection, operation, maintenance and removal of equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ensuring that monitoring is carried out at the frequency specified in the various monitoring plans.
