CarmichaelUK are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator for work with a main tier contractor in Cambridge.
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working within a construction environment and have significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Projectwise would be advantageous).
The role is expected to be long term (min 6-12 months) with potential for extension.
The role will be based in Cambridge however there may be infrequent visits required to alternative sites in the UK, so ideally requires someone with a vehicle.
Your duties will include:
- Doc Control
- All general Admin – reports – collation and binding
- Meeting catering etc.
- Reception duties
- Stationery & office supplies - monitor and order as required
- Cost Clerk role – invoice register
- Travel arrangement bookings
- Site Waste Management Plan – data entry
- Material reconciliations
- Material Transport reporting – calculating carbon footprint
- General office management duties
- Deliverables tracking and ensuring current revisions are updated
- Preparation of all necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
