Office Administrator - Cambridge

£15-17p/hr PAYE

CarmichaelUK are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator for work with a main tier contractor in Cambridge.

We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working within a construction environment and have significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Projectwise.

The role is expected to be long term (min 6-12 months) with potential for extension.

The role will be based in Cambridge however there may be infrequent visits required to other sites in the UK, so would ideally suit someone flexible with their schedule.  

Your duties will include:

  • Doc Control - Projectwise 
  • All general Admin – reports – collation and binding
  • Meeting catering etc.
  • Reception duties
  • Stationery & office supplies - monitor and order as required
  • Cost Clerk role – invoice register
  • Travel arrangement bookings 
  • Site Waste Management Plan – data entry
  • Material reconciliations 
  • Material Transport reporting – calculating carbon footprint
  • General office management duties
  • Deliverables tracking and ensuring current revisions are updated
  • Preparation of all necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
