Office Manager

An established Civil Engineering and Construction contractor are looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are currently working on high profile projects in and around London, because of this you will be working out of their busy office in Central London.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Covering reception
  • Managing absence calendar
  • Maintaining stationary levels and replenishing when needed
  • Organising work charity events
  • Managing diaries of 2 Director
  • Meeting and greeting visitors

This will be a varied role which is integral to the business, you'll be working alongside the general administration team who will support you when needed. 

They are looking to add an office manager to their team immediately and are looking to interview as soon as possible.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience office management/PA experience
  • Friendly and welcoming manner
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Self sufficient
