The role:

We are looking for a PA to join our friendly and busy Thame office to provide support to our Managing Director.

We operate nationally within the UK from three offices and all of our staff are expert within their roles. The duties:

The purpose of the role is to assist the Managing Director in carrying out their day-to-day duties and keeping them on track to achieve their longer-term strategic responsibilities. Keeping the Managing Director organised and productive will be a key focus of the role. Other key areas of responsibility will include project management, proactive diary management, and responsibility for ensuring that reporting and delivery deadlines are met.

The person:

To be successful in this role you must have a desire to understand data and technology and the benefits that it can bring to the company. You will be a quick learner who is agile and has excellent IT and organisational skills. Demonstrable experience of providing business administration at senior management level will be a pre-requiste for this position.

You will be an effective and confident communicator with an ability to work autonomously where appropriate. You will be a diplomatic and tactful person who presents their work with a high level of accuracy. Your flexibility, adaptability and desire to achieve goals collectively will ensure your success in this role. Most importantly, you will be competent in building relationships with people at all levels.
