Assistant Package Manager / Package Manager / Lead Package Manager

We are recruiting for Assistant Package Managers, Package Managers and Lead Package Managers to join major rail and infrastructure programmes In London. These roles will support the delivery of complex construction packages including structural steel, stations, civils, roofing, cladding, envelope and associated infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Support or lead the delivery of construction work packages from design through to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction interfaces.
- Administer NEC contracts and manage contractual communications.
- Monitor package progress, deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Manage document control, approvals and activity readiness processes.
- Identify risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience delivering rail, civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of NEC contracts and Works Information.
- Experience managing subcontractors and package interfaces.
- Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- SMSTS.
- ICE or APM membership.
- Experience with structural steel, station construction, roofing, cladding or envelope packages.
- Network Rail, TfL or utilities interface experience.
- Experience using CEMAR, eB or similar document management systems.
- Temporary Works and lifting operations experience.
