Are you looking for an impressive rail project to add to your portfolio? I am looking for a Package Manager who has internal fit out experience working within a Rail environment (Stations) The ideal candidate will be working on a similar project at the moment, managing fit out packages.
Our client is made up of a joint venture between two of the leading tier 1 contractors with impressive portfolios between them.
As a Package Manager you must be able to:
- Lead a team of 2-3 Site Engineers
- Prepare programs for section of works with relevant resources & materials
- Responsible for heading up and overseeing all construction activities on site Manage Sub
- Contractors and Labour teams - ensure all operational procedures are followed
- Practice and implement high standards of health & safety, quality of works, and budget
- Interpret drawings / Support setting out
- Competent at using all types of surveying apparatuses
- Completion of WPP's / ITP's / Method Statements / Risk Assessments
