Carmichael are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in High Wycombe You will be responsible for recording and processing the payroll information for our labour intake.

 Key responsibilities include the processing of time and attendance, new starters and leavers. You will also need to process our daily allocation sheets and ensure reports are timely and accurate. The role will require you to liaise with site supervisors and raise inconsistencies where necessary.


It is essential that the checking and sign off of the allocations is completed accurately. You will also be required to monitor weekly cost reporting of labour and labour only subcontractors.


We may need you to assist with reception duties as and when required.


About You

  • Previous experience in a payroll administration position
  • Knowledge of Finance and Payroll systems
  • Knowledge of the Working Rule Agreement (WRA) is high desirable
  • An organised individual with excellent people skills
