Carmichael are seeking an experienced performance Engineer to support the project manager in the delivery of all performance reporting and to ensure compliance with the requirements of a major highway project based in the North West.
What will I be doing?
- Collection of performance data from various sources across the Framework
- Support in the preparation of performance data submissions, both for external and internal reporting requirements
- Submit performance data into the monthly reporting for circulation to key stakeholders
- Advise and support team members with internal and external reporting processes
- Working with the Performance Lead to analyse performance data and to identify improvement opportunities along with potential Lean Improvement Projects
- Drive best practice and standards by working with peers to identify opportunities and drive consistencies
- Engage with various communities with internal identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist the Performance lead with any audits relating to Performance Management
- Ensure that successes, innovations, best practice, and lessons learned are captured and shared as required
- Support the project delivery team to understand all relevant reporting requirements
- Identify and make contributions to help improve team performance
