Due to continued success, CarmichaelUK, the leading civil engineering recruitment agency is expanding! We are now looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Thame, Oxfordshire.

We operate nationwide recruiting for the UK’s largest civil engineering projects including Crossrail, HS2, Thames Tideway and the Trans-Pennine Upgrade. A high proportion of our Recruitment Consultants come from the Construction industry which provides our clients with unrivalled technical expertise. Our ability to supply large teams to the most iconic civil engineering projects in the world is unique. We are known for looking after our contractors well and helping them to build their careers. Working as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant at CarmichaelUK you will be supported to achieve. We are committed to your development, and you will receive coaching, training and mentoring that is second to none. In addition, our level 5 accredited Concept program helps individuals to understand and to create a high-performance mindset enabling you to challenge yourself.

To be considered for a position as a Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Possess previous permanent recruitment experience, with continuity of employment
  • Have a proven history of achievement through education, personal interests or work history
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable with face-to-face meetings
  • Have previous proven end to end recruitment process experience
  • Be located within reasonable commuting distance to our office in Thame
