Planning Manager – Cardiff – Main Contractor Joint Venture
We are recruiting for a Planning Manager for a major project in South Wales to work with a large main contractor. This is a Highways project based just outside of Newport with the main office in Cardiff for a major redevelopment of the M4 Corridor. This project is a major Highways project worth over £1.2bn so major project experience is required.
The correct applicant will have the following knowledge:
- Major project experience working on projects over £100m.
- P6 experience is essential.
- Experience with Tilost and Change Link.
- Knowledge of ‘time, location planning’.
- Have an Engineering background.
The opportunity will include:
- Directly report to the Lead Planning Manager and Projects Control Manager.
- Have a section planner and an assistant planner reporting to you.
