My Client is a UK market leader in the destruction and demolition industry who are seeking an experienced Plant and Workshop Manager to join them.
Responsibilities
Mange all of the groups plant equipment and operating equipment and operators ensuring that all work is carried out safely.
Ensure that all equipment is kept in a clean and tidy professional manner.
Managing the plant maintenance.
Managing the plant workshop.
Being the technical expert and point of contact for the plant fitters.
Ensuring any plant damage is investigated.
Maintaining plant fuel usage and recording.
Monitoring the performance and productivity of the plant maintenance.
Controlling plant and equipment maintenance scheduling.
Maintain high standard of all records for plant equipment.
Production of RAMS for the plant maintenance.
Experience
Knowledge of plant procedures for civil and building construction.
Previous management experience overseeing a full maintenance workshop
Related mechanical qualification.
