An opportunity exists for an esteemed Project Commercial Director to jointly manage the contractual, financial and commercial risk, on a multibillion infrastructure project.
Working in collaboration with multiple Tier one partners, you will assist in defining the commercial strategy, from pre-contract to hand over.
Duties will, amongst others, include –
- Establish robust relationships with the client, investors, supply chain and partners.
- Establish commercial governance frameworks
- Ensure adherence to shareholder and public‑sector controls
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Interpret and steer commercial behaviour.
- Lead financial reporting
- Ensure margin protection
- Own commercial risk and lead mitigation strategies
- Set the procurement strategy
- Lead the commercial contingent
Your recent long-term experience in a similar role for a tier one UK civil engineering contractor on a large infrastructure project, would definitely be advantageous.
