Carmichael are currently working with a well known contractor in the Toronto area who are seeking a Project Coordinator to work on a civils scheme.
Responsibilities
- Support Project team in all administrative functions and support the on-site project accountant
- Support the Project Managers in providing peer reviews of client reports and creating reports based on information collected from sites
- Compile reports ensuring uniformity with EllisDon’s expectations
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and training materials
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, events, meetings and office moves
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or construction
- One to three years experience as a Project Coordinator
- Proficiet in all MS Office applications
- Right to work in Canada
