A 6 month freelance assignment exist for an experienced Project Engineer with experience on the maintenance and delivery of small works on Treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations etc. up to approximately £3m.
Duties will include –
- Track the delivery of projects from inception to hand over
- Manage subcontractors and in house staff
- Ensure that all compliances and specifications are met
- Assist in ensuring the supply chain will deliver completely
- Identify risks, solve technical queries or elevate to the PM
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Requirements for this post include –
- Experience within the water treatment/utilities sector
- Proven site/project management experience with a tier one principal contractor
- Proven leadership skills
- Solid construction methodology ability
- CCS, SMSTS, APM
