Delivery Manager | Heathrow Airport | Major Infrastructure Project
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a major multi-storey car park refurbishment project at Heathrow Airport.
The project will involve a range of specialist refurbishment and structural packages, including:
- Structural repairs
- Concrete repair/remediation
- New waterproofing/membrane systems
- Façade replacement
- Management of multiple subcontractors and work packages
- Delivery within a live, operational environment
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Senior Agent or Construction Manager
- Experience delivering structural, refurbishment or remediation projects
- Knowledge of façades, membranes/waterproofing and structural repairs
- Strong subcontractor and package management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Airport/Heathrow experience beneficial but not essential
