A long-established civils contractor are seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business has been operating for close to 40 years and are arguably one of the most reputable civil engineering contractors working throughout the Midlands and South-East.
As this business operate throughout the Midlands and South-East you may be required to work away from home as the project requires, this business are happy to pay for your accommodation should you need to stay away. You must also have a full UK Drivers License.
The first project is based in Kent but ideally you will be living in the Northern Home counties to enable travel requirements.
The candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience in delivering projects of values £1mill and above, with experienced gained in heavy civils and industrial building projects such as Waste to Energy plants, Water/Sewerage treatment works, Manufacturing facilities and HV substations.
Candidate must have a strong background in ground civils, foundations, bunds, concrete bases etc
You will be;
Responsible for all aspects of production on site.
Ensuring that the contract is carried out in accordance with the company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies and Procedures.
To deliver the project within the tendered cost and programme duration.
You must have an academic background.
